Instructure seeks an Engineering Financial Operations Senior Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the Engineering organization, including budget management, cloud infrastructure costs, and vendor relationships for their educational products suite.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and track annual operating budgets across headcount, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS contracts; monitor variable costs and cloud expenses with anomaly detection; manage key vendor relationships and negotiate contracts; support cross-departmental financial processes and cost-saving initiatives.

Skills & Tools: 4+ years managing technology expenditure in Finance/FP&A or Technology Business Management roles; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with AWS or similar cost reporting tools; excellent communication skills.

Qualifications: Minimum BA/BS degree required; 4+ years experience in software/technology industries managing technology expenditure; MBA/JD or advanced degrees preferred.

Location: United States

Compensation: $150K–$175K/yr
