We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Special Projects Manager to join our team. As a Special Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, leading, and executing various strategic initiatives and projects across multiple departments. The results of this team directly affect the overall strategy and success of the organization.
The Manager, Special Projects Group will support the design and execution of strategic projects across the organization that are focused on organizational, process, and technology related initiatives, with a goal in providing streamlined and efficient processes and driving outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses a compelling blend of strategy experience, big-picture thinking, project management skills / detail orientation, and an ability to collaborate with many internal and external partners.
In this role you will…
- Support strategic planning for the with the Special Projects Group, particularly related to the long-range planning process
- Support development and execution of go-to-market, product, and operational projects / workstreams to facilitate business transformation and organizational strategy, including, prioritization, planning of initiatives, and defining project success.
- Develops cross-functional relationships to gain an understanding of business and support the design and implementation of solutions for improvement
- Understand value creation thesis and can support the diagnosis of tension points, including gathering an understanding of current state, compiling findings, and providing recommendations for improvement
- Support development and implementation of key strategy frameworks to deliver overall efficiency improvement
- Lead or assist with the implementation of improved business processes / solutions that are scalable and support the growth of the organization
- Manage / monitor in-flight projects using defined program management tools / approaches and facilitates knowledge sharing across the to drive progress and results
- Partner with external service providers to deliver on successful solution execution
- Support timely and effective stakeholder communication and engagement across key strategic projects
- Foster an enterprise culture of intellectual honesty, creativity, curiosity, and a deep respect for a data driven mindset
- Be a thought partner to the as it relates to people strategy and delivering strategic objectives

- Proven experience in solving complex problems and navigating / driving transformation within complex business environments with multiple verticals and horizontal technologies
- 3+ focused professional experience
- Able to synthesize business needs and questions, source and analyze data, build conclusions, and articulate actionable recommendations.
- Present all facts in an unbiased manner, and do not allow your personal beliefs to skew your recommendations.
- View data and an organization from a broad perspective; able to see the overall structure, patterns, and how they interact and influence each other.
