About the Opportunity
We are seeking an analytical and dynamic Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our innovative sales leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this pivotal role is essential in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and substantial revenue growth. The VP of Revenue Operations will oversee sales operations, strategy, enablement, deal desk, renewals, and the management of our sales systems and tools, including Salesforce CRM and other leading sales acceleration tools.

Where you will make an impact
Sales Operations & Strategy
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Development & enhancement of playbooks
- Collaborate with the CRO and executive team to define and execute the sales strategy.
Sales Enablement
- Lead the sales enablement function to provide the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed.
- Develop comprehensive sales training programs and materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across the sales organization.
Deal Desk Management
- Oversee the deal desk function to ensure efficient deal structuring, pricing, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to streamline contract management and negotiations.
- Implement and manage approval workflows to ensure compliance and risk management.
Renewals
- Develop and manage strategies to maximize customer renewals and minimize churn.
- Implement automated systems and processes to track and manage renewal cycles.
- Collaborate with customer success and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Systems & Tools
- Oversee the management and optimization of sales systems and tools, including Salesforce CRM and Gong.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems.
- Leverage analytics and data insights to drive decision-making and sales performance.
What you will bring
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a must. Ed-tech experience is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools like Gong.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and problem-solving skills with the ability to think long-term and execute effectively.
