Guild is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Experiences to deliver exceptional end-customer experiences, addressing the unique needs of our customers in a B2B2C marketplace. This role involves crafting search and recommendation-based experiences from vision to market, collaborating with executives, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders such as engineering, data science, design, product marketing, and analytics. Role Responsibilities:
- Set product vision and strategy for Partner, Member, and internal experiences, promoting your vision with Guild’s leadership team and across the company.
- Translate product strategy and business needs into a product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with peers in engineering, design, and analytics to deliver customer solutions and ensure team alignment.
- Simplify large and complex problems for diverse audiences, leading your team through effective solution design.
- Drive productive and effective conversations with external partners, working with research, sales, go-to-market leaders, and account managers to understand market needs.
Role Competencies:
- Experience and Expertise: 8+ years in product management or a similar role, with proven experience launching product experiences across a multi-product portfolio.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in defining success and validation strategies for customer-facing products. Background in building B2C products is highly valued.
- Vision and Communication: Demonstrated capability in developing and promoting a shared vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration and Influence: Proficient in navigating diverse partner landscapes, tailoring communication strategies to foster consensus and achieve swift alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Technical Collaboration: Proven track record of effective collaboration with design, engineering, and partner teams.
- Mission Alignment: Commitment to Guild’s mission to unlock opportunities for America’s workforce through education.
- Passion and Enthusiasm: Passion for the art of Product Management, high-touch cross-functional collaboration, meaningful C-suite partnerships, and creating industry-changing user experiences.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $180,000 - $221,250, as well as company stock options.
