Trust20 is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to maintain our catalog of 4 courses. This position will investigate and address bugs, implement design updates, and apply feedback from stakeholders to our existing food safety training courses.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating digestible, accessible, and engaging trainings while also understanding how to work within business constraints. This role is a contracted position.

Responsibilities:
- Make updates to courses in Articulate (most of our courses are in Rise, some are still in Storyline but are being transitioned)
- Collaborate with the Trust20 team, SMEs, & external contractors
- Investigate bugs and issues in the learning experience
- Maintain process documentation related to updating content
- Assist with the QA process & apply edits
- Participate in the accreditation process
Required:
- 3+ years of experience with Articulate (Storyline & Rise)
- Education/training in Instructional Design methodologies
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Docebo
- Comfortable using Project Management Tools for tracking and documentation
- Experience with accredited courses/the accreditation process
- Experience in the foodservice industry
- Understanding of written Spanish or experience with building courses in Spanish is a bonus
