We are a global company at the intersection of education and technology, focused on collaboration, innovation, and creativity to deliver a best-in-class educational experience and make Kaplan a great place to work.The future of education is here and we are eager to work alongside those who want to make a positive impact and inspire change in the world around them.The Managed Service Provider Regional Sales Manager (MSP RSM) is responsible for fostering partnerships between North Carolina based companies that offer education benefits to their employees and Kaplan’s Higher Education Partner schools, with the goal of these companies providing financial assistance or incentives for their employees to pursue Undergraduate and/or Master's degrees at Kaplan Partner institutions. This role requires building and maintaining in-person relationships with relevant companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize pre-existing connections with executives in HR, Training, and other functional areas at large and medium-sized North Carolina companies offering education benefits to their employees.
- Establish new relationships with large and medium-sized North Carolina companies that provide education benefits.
- Understand and communicate the full scope of Kaplan’s business offerings to potential partners.
- Engage in strategic conversations with companies about enhancing their employees’ careers, skills, and engagement, and demonstrate how Kaplan partner schools and programs can meet their needs, clearly articulating the unique advantages of Kaplan and its educational programs compared to competitors.
- Finalize education agreements that encourage companies to sponsor their qualified employees in Kaplan partner programs.
- Build relationships with staff and leadership at Kaplan’s partner schools to understand their offerings, gain their support in deal-making, and propose new offerings based on client feedback.
- Agree to and meet sales targets, while managing, growing, and reporting on active and potential accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years in strategic sales or consulting; experience selling to North Carolina companies
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships; consultative sales experience; experience selling to corporations.
This is a remote position, located in North Carolina and surrounding areas. Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or other graduate degree
- Education or education benefits-related sales experience in selling to medium to large companies.

At Kaplan, we recognize the importance of attracting and retaining top talent to drive our success in a competitive market. All positions with Kaplan are paid at least $15 per hour or $31,200 per year for full-time positions. Additionally, certain positions are bonus or commission-eligible.
