In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and driving LMS training courses, particularly on IS95, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of the Client's platform. By collaborating closely with their technical writers, you'll break down hyper-complex information into simple, digestible content that resonates with users of all technical backgrounds.
Your work will directly impact the Client's success by enabling new hires and clients to quickly and efficiently utilize the platform, leading to increased productivity and satisfaction. Imagine taking a graduate engineer from their first day to becoming billable in record time, or turning a prospect into a billable client faster than ever before. - Lead the charge on the Client's learning platform.
- Work with an internal engineer to refine a curriculum that will be used for both internal onboarding and customer training.
- Isolate and develop learning paths for critical areas of instruction.
- Develop an e-learning module structure for each path.
- Storyboard modules.
- Create UX for each module.
- Develop or collaborate on design elements of modules using an e-learning development platform - (i.e. Articulate or Captivate)
- Conduct or oversee user testing of each path, including assisting in the development of test metric to define success.
- Assist in the selection, deployment and administration of a Learning Management System.
