Job Overview
Think Consulting is actively seeking an Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team, working to enhance learning and development initiatives. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and professional development. The Instructional Designer will be instrumental in creating innovative training solutions and maintaining high-quality curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-centric training products and curriculum following established quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing training materials.
- Implement innovative solutions into training products based on industry best practices.
- Manage timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, Section 508, and review cycles.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and contribute to the overall success of the training organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four years of instructional design and/or training delivery experience combined.
- Experience facilitating training across multiple formats (i.e., Instructor-led, Virtual) is preferred.
