Purpose of the Role:
To assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution inorganic growth including both M&A and partnerships. Activities include pipeline development, valuation, synergy analyses, market analyses, presentation development; deal management; integration planning and management. Provide support on other activities as they develop.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing acquisition pipeline, including data room oversight, financial analyses, and document review
• Valuation, including DCF, comparable transaction, comparable trading
• Development of presentation materials for executives and board of directors discussions
• Maintaining comparable transactions database
• Managing integration activities
• Managing partnership engagements including partnership identification and development, negotiation of partnership agreements, and maintenance of newly-signed or existing partnerships in collaboration with business teams
• Developing and maintaining industry relationships with emerging education companies

Requirements: Experience & Education
Required:
• BA/BS Degree in Business or Finance
• 5+ years Investment banking experience, including M&A
• Professional demeanor and ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and external counterparts
• Strong work ethic including attention to detail
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong ability to build collaborative internal and external business relationships
• Strong analytical skills; ability to think creatively about problem solving and opportunity evaluation
• Possesses a solid understanding of Company's markets, products, players, and technologies.
• Team player with the ability to build consensus across various internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive approach to responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Outstanding financial modeling skills
• Ability to travel 10% of the time (via, car, train, and/or airplane)
Preferred:
Masters or MBA preferred
Compensation: $135,000 - 150,000
