Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and Analytics, you will be a key player in our revenue team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and optimizing revenue operations. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance ACUE’s market position and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard and Reporting: Interpret data and present actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategy development and execution.
- Funnel Analysis and Optimization: Conduct analyses of the sales funnel and pipeline to identify gaps in velocity and lead management and implement strategies to improve conversion metrics.
- Metric Documentation and Analysis: Document and analyze monthly marketing metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Head of Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer to prepare monthly and quarterly readout summaries and board decks, shaping go-forward strategies.
- Sales and Customer Success Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to track activities, improve growth metrics, and enhance average order value.
- Lead Management: Meet weekly with the BDR team to ensure accurate lead flow, quality, transition, and velocity through the funnel.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize system configurations and support streamlined reporting.
- Marketing Team Engagement: Participate in Marketing team meetings and strategy sessions to align data with new strategies and tactics.
- Support AB Testing: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to conduct rigorous testing of marketing tactics that support strategy optimization.
- Salesforce Optimization: Support Salesforce development by understanding and communicating needs, developing user stories, testing solutions, and providing actionable feedback to support a best-in-class CRM instance.
- Technical Stack Management: Oversee the technical stack and solutions used by the Revenue team, maintaining Salesforce pipeline management and ensuring clean, accurate forecast data.
- Revenue Team Support: Provide research and administrative support to the Revenue team to facilitate strategic initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Professional Experience: 5-10 in Sales operations and/or Analytics
- Education: An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Analytics.
- Salesforce CRM: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) and sales analytics tools.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support analyses and business case development. Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data.
- Revenue Operations Expertise: Experience in revenue operations and a track record of optimizing revenue strategies are preferred.
- Business Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen, able to recommend, develop, and execute pricing models, strategic sales incentive structures, and territory plans.
- Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insight to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other GTM tools.

Location: This position is remote.
Competitive Compensation Package: We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $90,000 and $120,000 , commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
