- In partnership with our Project Management team, develop standardized processes and expectations for the Coordinators to drive operational efficiency across all accounts
- Ensure an outstanding external partner experience, and internal stakeholder experience, by coaching Coordinators to: effectively assist in the creation and coordination of briefs; serve as the initial reviewer for marketing assets to check for typos, brand consistency, and content alignment; prepare files and communications for review and approval processes; manage event support and coordination of recruitment deadlines; and organize website maintenance and content updates

- Provide guidance to Coordinators in the review of internal performance dashboards, and the creation of partner-facing reports, leveraging an understanding of marketing and enrollment cycles to identify potential risks and opportunities to support partner-facing conversations
- Develop frameworks and templates to support Coordinators in the delivery of draft presentations, reports and asset reviews, ensuring partner communications are standardized, consistent, well-informed, concise, and grammatically correct.
