The Role:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Product Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in owning our product validation process, developing business relationships with third-party finance providers, engineering solutions for our school clients, training our revenue team, and acting as a liaison between our product and revenue teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, business development, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Validation: Lead the sell/design/build framework to validate new product ideas and enhancements.
- Business Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party finance providers.
- Solutions Engineering: Oversee the setup of school clients on our API, manage and enhance our demo experience, and provide technical support.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs for the revenue team (sales, partnership managers) on existing and new products.
- Customer Feedback: Actively solicit feedback from customers to inform and shape the product roadmap.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align product features with market needs and promotional strategies.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between the product and revenue teams to protect the time of our senior product manager and ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business development, or solutions engineering.
- Proven track record in managing and selling complex B2B partnerships.
- Strong technical acumen and experience with API integrations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
- $20,000 annual performance-based bonus
