WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Prospecting and finding accounts to sell into in addition to qualifying leads from the Marketing department
- Clearly articulating our value proposition and driving new customer engagement
- Creating territory plans and mapping out activities by quarter to achieve quota
- Maintaining 3X pipeline at all times and coming up with creative solutions to close new business opportunities
- Confidently speaking with people at all levels including upper management and C-level executives
- Tracking your activities in Salesforce to attain activity KPIs
- Participating in product, marketing and sales skills training
- Negotiating and closing deals
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- 2-3 years of full cycle software sales experience
- Proven track record of meting sales quota over a sustained period
- Command of the sales process including discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiating, and closing.
- Confidence while speaking with prospective client stakeholders at all levels, including upper management and C-level executives
- Accountability, self-direction, energy, professionalism, and flexibility
- Attention to detail and incredible follow through
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com to be able to manage contacts, leads and opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- College degree or equivalent
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:
- 3-4 years of experience selling at a high growth SaaS company

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
