Who we’re looking for

ParentSquare’s CMS, Smart Sites, is growing! And, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join the team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the development, implementation and delivery of Smart Sites to our customers. This is a dynamic position that requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving projects to successful (and timely) completion.

This role will include:

Leading and managing end-to-end project lifecycle for Smart Sites (CMS) development, from project initiation to delivery.
Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Effectively communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
Fostering a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
Conducting regular project status meetings and providing accurate and timely reporting to leadership.
Representing the Smart Sites team at user conferences approximately 2 times per year, answering questions and building relationships with potential referral sources

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Project Manager for a CMS or in a similar role.
Previous EDtech experience, SIS or experience with technical integrations (SFTP, API, etc)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bring a proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude to work everyday
Multitask with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Quick learner, tech savvy, and a desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment
