Job Description:
The Director, AWS Co-sell Program Management rector will be a management role responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) organization. This person will lead a team of North America based Co-sell program managers and have responsibility for the overall team that is driving highly visible co-sell and marketplace execution with AWS. Exercising sound judgment in order to maximize results is critical, as is collaborating across previously unrelated teams and functions. Programs to focus on will include: AWS and Pluralsight field enablement on differentiating the Pluralsight offering, developing and tracking joint Business Development prospecting efforts across the 2 companies, providing guidance on best use of AWS Marketing funds, coordination of various webinar/lunch-and-learn session and driving PS seller attendance to local AWS ISV events; tracking AWS pipeline and working with segment leaders on deal progression and other sales-related activities. This person will also be the lead contact for AWS ISV managers who interface and influence what the AWS field sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to -day responsibility for the execution of all aspects of the program; where to prioritize, what’s working/not, leading the AWS co-sell North America team
- Accountable for the successful delivery of complex AWS programs
- Build and lead the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence AWS
- Maintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaborators
- Anticipate and resolve issues and challenges that could derail or delay program delivery
- Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and AWS
- Critically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growth
- Ensure programs meet ambitious revenue goals
- Own forecasting responsibility to the business on behalf of the complete AWS PM organization-gauge key revenue goals and progress.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 12+ years of related experience; or Masters Degree and 8+ years.

Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $131,100 - $161,900 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
