About the Role
Working in a very dynamic environment to get user issues resolved and new Hardware/Software rolled out.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and resolve operating issues, including failures and service-level degradation.
- Resolving end user’s desktop computer issues that may include but not limited to hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration.
- Monitoring, support, and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure for operating issues involving failures, degradation, and event correlation.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of the IT infrastructure as assigned.
- Answer internal or external users’ inquiries regarding computer hardware and software.
- Initiate corrective actions to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime.
- Building Lap tops for new employees.
Requirements
- Preform 2nd and 3rd level support on Windows and Mac Machines
- Ability to troubleshoot operations issues.
- Ability to complete basic hardware/software installations.
- Basic understanding of software monitoring tools & understanding of backup procedures.
