About the Role

Working in a very dynamic environment to get user issues resolved and new Hardware/Software rolled out.

Responsibilities

Monitor, support, troubleshoot, and resolve operating issues, including failures and service-level degradation.
Resolving end user’s desktop computer issues that may include but not limited to hardware, printer troubleshooting and configuration.
Monitoring, support, and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure for operating issues involving failures, degradation, and event correlation.
Troubleshooting and problem resolution for all types of the IT infrastructure as assigned.
Answer internal or external users’ inquiries regarding computer hardware and software.
Initiate corrective actions to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime.
Building Lap tops for new employees.

Requirements

Preform 2nd and 3rd level support on Windows and Mac Machines
Ability to troubleshoot operations issues.
Ability to complete basic hardware/software installations.
Basic understanding of software monitoring tools & understanding of backup procedures.
