Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads generated through our marketing efforts and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer engagement, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A Day in the Life
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and chat and document in the CRM
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and hand off to the sales team for further development.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs and determine how our solutions can address their challenges
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and meeting setting
We are looking for someone who brings
- Has a Passion to Build a Career in Technology Solution Sales
- 1+ year of experience in a Sales or Business Development role preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Sales Loft strongly preferred
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Has the ability to manage multiple relationships
- Has attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Has contagious positivity
- Has effective time management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- Can build successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, intra and interdepartmentally, working independantly or with a team
- Strong ability to listen, understand, and ask the right questions to meet the clients needs
- Experience with B2B sales preferrably with SaaS/software products
