Description
As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales enablement programs and initiatives that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team. End-to-end ownership is from ideation to content creation to delivery to metrics and measurement. You will work closely with sales, BDRs, marketing, customer success, and product to ensure that our sales force is equipped with the right resources, tools, and training to meet their goals and drive revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role, and you will be expected to lead and execute enablement strategies independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-time role reporting to the CRO.
- Own the outcomes of your training programs: continually measure program compliance, participant performance and business impact of each program. End to end ownership is from ideation to content creation to delivery to metrics and measurement.
- Translate technical product releases, industry use cases, and company focus areas into consumable materials for an Account Executive and BDR at Coursedog.
- Run the business skills (e.g. Gong, Outreach, SFDC, other tools etc.).
- Be an organized communicator that can assist in managing sales. onboarding, regional SKOs, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars
- Own onboarding experience end to end for GTM members - ensuring that reps/BDRs feel confident after onboarding and feel supported throughout the process.
- Lead & Deliver live and virtual onboarding training programs that strengthens sellers skills and knowledge required to excel in their role. Examples include:
- Deal qualification
- Discovery process
- Executive presence & value realization
- Demo flow & scripts
- Build and maintain a sales training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of the GTM org: including the optimization of existing content.
- Attend customer meetings and embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve our training programs
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.
- Strong consultative skills, such as conducting discovery, creating solutions to problems, and facilitating workshops / learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a sales enablement role at a software-as-a-service company
- Has held a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company
- Experience presenting day-long or multi-day trainings and developing training curriculums
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC & Value Selling. Certification in either is preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with counterparts from Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering
- Experience using tools like Gong to create strong coaching culture
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), ability to break down complex topics that Sales can execute on
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company
- Ability to innovate and initiate new projects
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
