What You’ll Contribute
- Manage and facilitate all stages of mentoring to ensure a positive learning experience for participants: garnering applications for mentors and proteges, matching mentors and proteges, facilitating enablement sessions, and evaluating success.
- Manage communications related to all stages of mentoring programs.
- Manage other talent development programs.
- Keep accurate records of learning activities, using both LMS and spreadsheets.
- Use project management tools to set tasks and timelines, and effectively organize and manage multiple projects.
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led webinars on topics related to mentoring, leadership, EQ, and other skills.
- Develop learning presentations in support of in-person and virtual training, including job aids, how-to documents/videos and exercise guides.
- Research trends in leadership development, mentoring, and EQ skills.
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, Journalism, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Problem solver, with the ability to find solutions to challenging projects in a growing, dynamic business environment.
- Experience designing learning sessions that are engaging and meaningful. Must be able to facilitate meaningful dialogues and manage group dynamics. Must be comfortable facilitating webinars and have a desire and willingness to continue growing their virtual facilitation skills.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude
- Extensive experience in managing projects, learning programs, and/or mentoring programs.
- Experience in coaching, CliftonStrengths, and mentoring is highly desirable.
- Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Experience with SurveyMonkey, MS Forms, and MS Teams is a plus.
- Experience with high tech, software, or financial industries.
