The Product Executive Operations Manager will be charged with overseeing and administering the Chief Product Officer (CPO)’s programs and long-term projects, while simultaneously ensuring all initiatives align with the goals set forth by the CPO. In addition, this role will assist the CPO by acting as an additional high level contact within the Sector as well as externally when representing the CPO and Product Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer CPO programs and long-term projects
- Monitor and track project plans/schedules, and ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner
- Work alongside various internal and external parties in the execution of projects
- Provide technical and administrative assistance to various departments for implementation of project activities
- Field inquiries related to specific projects (as needed)
- Work in coordination with Product, R&D and Tech Support teams to develop reports and analytics on key metrics to present to key stakeholders
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively solves problems and/or independently handles issues as necessary
- Respond to inquiries and communications on behalf of the CPO
- Document and consistently follow up on important actions and decisions
- Assist CPO with clerical duties, such as expenses, answering phone calls, routing emails, coordinating agendas, and other administrative responsibilities assigned
- Assist CPO with budget management, due diligence, resource management, task prioritization, and compliance items
- Perform data research for specific projects/tasks and analyze the data to submit to the CPO for review
- Develop and distribute various charts, tables, reports, and presentations as requested with speed and accuracy
- Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, etc. (as requested)
- Ensure all departments under the CPO complete its assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner
- Stay abreast of the organization’s company culture, policies, systems, and processes in order to serve as an advisor to the Product Sector
- Be familiar with organization structure and interdepartmental lines and communication so as to carry out tasks organizationally
- Participate in administrative meetings and attend other meetings, trainings and seminars as required; summarize and share action items from meetings when applicable
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Experience with GSuite applications, MS Office Applications, Internet technologies such as HTTP and FTP
- Familiarity with KnowBe4 organization structure
- Familiarity with KnowBe4 products
- At least 1 year of leadership (or leading projects) experience
- At least 1 year of project management experience
- Extremely strong verbal communication skills
