The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of state and large district programs. This role may support a single large program or multiple smaller programs, under the leadership of the Sr. Program Manager. This includes serving as a thought partner, problem solver, and team player. This role is primarily a tactical, operationally focused role. This role will have primary responsibility in supporting the Sr. Program Manager in scheduling, program documentation, administration tasks, and possibly some management of small projects within the larger program. Depending on program assignments and status, this role may support the Program Management team.
The impact you'll have:

Work in partnership with the Program Manger to support the needs of state/district assessment program(s). Effectively and professionally communicate information to internal and external stakeholders. Document, track, and report the status of deliverables, action items, and decisions to relevant internal and external stakeholders as needed to meet program requirements. Assist Senior Program Manager with internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, meeting minutes, issue logs/tracking documents, and other project management documentation as needed. Support creation and maintenance of program schedule in MS Project (or a comparable scheduling software) along with other PM documentation such as stakeholder analysis, communication plan, decision log, action tracker, etc. Act as a key team member in identifying program risks. Produce weekly, monthly, and periodic internal and partner-facing reports. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners. Establish effective and successful working relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, service, account management, professional development, custom reporting, psychometrics, and product development teams. Work proactively to ensure deadlines are met, and potential risks are mitigated.

- Successful experience working directly with leadership stakeholders both internally and externally (including State Departments of Education).
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Proficiency with Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook 2+ years’ equivalent experience successfully supporting or leading and delivering state level assessment programs Experience working with digital assessment products Preferred PMP or CAPM certified Preferred experience in MS Project Preferred familiarity with Curriculum Associate products and services Preferred previous experience with interim assessment and/or curriculum products
Travel: Travel up to 10% may be required.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $60,750 - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
