Summary:
The HR Shared Services Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for providing comprehensive support and expertise in various HR functions. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Shared Services team.
The impact you'll have:
- Function as liaison with Professional Learning Operations to onboard new hires to watch live PL sessions in classrooms.
- Support planning and primary execution of RangeDay operations.
- Primary host of in person interviews in Billerica, MA.
- Lead and provide operational support for Social Hubs.
- Support for planning and execution of virtual and in-person trainings.
- Assist with scheduling candidate’s interviews.
- Provide operational support for Learning & Development projects including virtual, in-person bootcamps, asynchronous training, and other internal training projects as needed.
- Provide operational support for Compass Academy.
- Monitor L&D inbox.
- Serve as back up on Shared Services team tasks.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $43,375 - $70,875. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
