Robert Half is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate education and training experiences. The Instructional Designer will design, develop and implement instructional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Design: work with stakeholders to understand what skills or knowledge learners need to gain. Analyze performance gaps and conduct audience assessments. Structure the learning experience by creating a roadmap for the course content and activities. Craft engaging content using various formats, including online modules, instructor guides, presentations, simulations, and assessments.
- Development and Implementation: Work closely with SMEs to see that course content is accurate and up to date. Design tests, quizzes, or projects to measure how well learners have grasped the material. Choose appropriate tools to deliver the instruction, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or authoring software.
- Evaluation and Maintenance: Assess how well the training achieves its goals and identify areas for improvement. Keep content current and address any issues arising from learner feedback.
