The Director of Training Americas is an essential leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and execution of comprehensive training initiatives for all KnowBe4 staff across the Americas region. This leader will spearhead the entire Americas Training Department, including the Onboarding Training Section and Admin Enablement Section, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of training professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure each employee successfully completes his or her assigned training on time, whether in the University, Revenue Internships and/or through our LMS
- Establish, monitor, and consistently attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Americas Training Department
- Perform skills based assessments to identify training needs for employees in the university and internship
- Coordinate closely with Leadership and People Operations to ensure onboarding and enablement training programs support organizational growth and development
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize training effectiveness and efficiency
- Help in the development of custom learning paths for specific positions to facilitate career progression and skill development
- Partner with the recruitment team to help develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
- Any other programs or projects as directed by the Snr. Director of Global Training and Enablement and/or the CHRO
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
