Position Summary

Our capable Associates utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions.
Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in organizational change management roles
- Experience in prior roles directly utilizing Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP technology change & adoption
- Minimum 2 years' experience in organizational change and communications strategy and planning, with expertise in change management risk analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, engagement, and strategic communications
- Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision
- A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
