Participates as a technical expert in the design, development, coding, testing, and/or debugging of major new software and/or significant enhancements to existing software which may include applications over multiple platforms. Can be tasked with taking the technical lead on projects and working closely with product owners to deliver on features.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, implement, test and deliver new features to SEI iOS and Android mobile applications & mobile backend systems in Amazon AWS. Contribute and review software methodologies for product design and model documentation. Work with product owner and test leads to refine user stories and acceptance criteria including test designs. Participate in resolution of field problems in mobile application of existing products based on thorough system impact analysis. Mentor other team members. This position is open to telecommuting from anywhere in the United States. Multiple positions available.
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computing, Software Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent
Experience must include five (5) years post bachelors progressive experience in all of the following:
1. Mobile Application development and iOS and Swift and iOS SDK and Objective C and Xcode and Java and Kotlin and Intellij, and Design Patterns and Data structure
Experience must include four (4) years post bachelors progressive experience in all of the following:
