As a rapidly growing start-up, Find Your Grind is looking for a dynamic and driven Education Sales Executive with expertise in K12 education curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a start-up mentality and thrive on hunting for new business opportunities. This role involves selling a cutting-edge curriculum to schools and districts across the Northeastern US.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across New York State and New England
- Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in schools and districts, including administrators, educators, and decision-makers
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and present tailored curriculum solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position products and services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven hunting skills with a track record of securing new business
- Strong understanding of K12 curriculum and edtech solutions
- Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Demonstrated high energy entrepreneurial vibe
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Live in the Northeast with the ability to successfully work remotely
