Our tech managers perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support). Required:
• Workday Security & Integration Experience
• Current Workday Partner Certification
• Workday technical workstream project experience
• Minimum 4+ years of consulting experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, business, or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Programming experience with Integration / Implementations
• 4+ years of integrations and/or security experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
• Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets, etc.
• Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
