Elsmere is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator who will report to COO. This role will work with cross-functional teams to gather all requirements, ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration and manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, creativity, and improvement of our Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities:
- Performs all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup & deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.
- Serves as a main point of contact for user support tickets & basic troubleshooting.
- Provides administration and end-user support for a variety of Salesforce-integrated products and installed packages (e.g. appointment scheduler, telephony, event management, etc.).
- Performs Salesforce automation and configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Salesforce automation tools (Flow), object and field management, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Identifies and gathers requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Makes recommendations and designs solutions that drive efficiency, improve user experience, expand platform utilization, and align with the overall company strategy.
- Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce to ensure the stability of the existing solution and to provide recommendations that enhance productivity.
- Provides user training and documentation of new product and feature releases.
Desired Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator (preference for Salesforce Certified Administrator)
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with the proven ability to build custom workflows, create new objects and fields, formula fields, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security settings (roles, profiles, permissions, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the Lightning Experience UI, including the Lightning App Builder, app/home/record page functionalities, dynamic actions, dynamics forms, etc.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm toward continued personal & professional development
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $72,000-$82,000
