At Unibuddy, you’ll also flex your creative skills by optimising landing pages and collaborating with our team to design and test new ad formats. This role is a perfect opportunity for a performance marketer or demand gen manager looking to expand their impact in a new vertical, driving growth for a platform that connects students and universities.
What We Are Looking for You to Do
- Lead Unibuddy’s data-centric growth marketing campaigns at scale – focusing on foundational work with our owned channels and then scaling impact with paid media
- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels (web, email/CRM, etc.) to execute high-performing go-to-market activations and ABM plays to enterprise audiences at scale
- Develop and implement a robust paid marketing strategy, prioritising both immediate and long-term goals–while staying on schedule and budget
- Partner with our commercial team to drive qualified leads and pipeline into the funnel and support sales cycle efficiency with performance and digital marketing best practices
- Own the outcome for each initiative and campaign—responding with curiosity, adaptability, and persistence—so that we learn and win
- Communicate proactively and cross-functionally, demonstrating the ability to strategize and execute successful growth marketing campaigns
How You’ll Know You’re Successful (Key KPIs)
- Reduce cost per lead (MQL/SQL) across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms
- Improve engagement and click-through rates in campaigns, delivering noticeable results within the first 90 days
- Drive significant growth in Unibuddy's lead generation and student engagement through optimised digital marketing efforts
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS or edtech business
- Proven experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on metrics and pipeline impact
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Pardot, Salesforce, and other platforms
- Expertise working with enterprise business development and commercial teams to drive qualified pipeline and full funnel marketing
- Data-driven decision-making ability, with hands-on experience managing campaigns and driving toward measurable targets
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of meeting ambitious growth goals
