What You Will Do:
The Digital Healthcare Consulting Director with our Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) will lead and direct a team of management consulting professionals to drive digital strategy, consumer transformation and innovation to large enterprise-wide healthcare clients. As a leader in our Advisory capability, you will leverage your knowledge of healthcare’s digital eco-system to deliver strategic insights and consumer-centric solutions to clients to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
10+ years of management consulting experience working on large integrated projects with hospitals and health systems
Experience working with centers of excellence to develop a strategic operating model and governance for innovation and artificial intelligence
Expertise in the areas of healthcare consumer transformation, business process improvement and M&A but not limited to expertise in these areas
Knowledge or experience working with other platforms in the Finance & Accounting space, i.e., FP&A, Revenue Reconciliation, Close Automation, P2p, Consolidations tools
ERP system experience including solution architecting or operational accounting in multiple technology platforms: Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor (Lawson).
Cognizant of new trends and innovations in the in the field including knowledge of finance & healthcare specific development to impact value-added services
Proven critical thinking skills in both data collection and complex analysis; ability to identify data gaps and risks, develop sound conclusions, and create implementable and sustainable recommendations for improvement
Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed

The estimated base salary range for this job is $150,000 - $210,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $187,250 - $283,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
