At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers. We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome. And that's where you come in.
We’re seeking a Global Web Performance Manager who can take ownership of our digital analytics, optimize performance, and deliver personalized experiences across Instructure’s websites. You’ll not only manage our Google Analytics implementation but also lead strategic initiatives that optimize customer journeys and enhance conversion rates. This role will work closely with a variety of internal teams to ensure the data we collect is meaningful and actionable—helping drive the success of our digital experiences globally.
If crunching numbers and optimizing user experiences are your love language, then you’re speaking our dialect. We're looking for someone who sees a low conversion rate and thinks, "Challenge accepted," someone who’s never met a dashboard they couldn’t master, and someone who’s just as excited to dig into A/B tests as they are to discover the perfect meme for a Friday meeting.
If this sounds like you, welcome aboard. We promise, there will be plenty of data—and maybe even donuts.
