Articulate is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Rise Authoring product team. As a Senior Product Manager you’ll be building best-in-class authoring experiences for course creators ensuring that our tools continue to empower creators at scale. As a Senior Product Manager at Articulate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our authoring products, collaborating across teams, and continuously driving innovation. Drive Strategy for Scale: Take high-level strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps, guiding the evolution of a large-scale product used by an enthusiastic and deeply invested user base.
Lead Continuous Discovery: Champion continuous discovery, leveraging customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and validate assumptions.
Build Accessible Products: Lead the charge in creating accessible, inclusive authoring tools that meet or exceed industry accessibility standards, ensuring our product is usable by all.
Empower Course Creators: Design and build tools that serve the creator persona, addressing the unique challenges content creators face in course authoring and content creation.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver powerful and intuitive authoring experiences. Partner with go-to-market teams to drive product adoption and maximize customer engagement.
Own Communication: Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from your team to C-level executives.
What you should have:
- 8+ years in product management with a background in B2B SaaS environments, and experience driving strategy for large-scale products with passionate, invested user bases.
- A strong background in Learning & Development or EdTech, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by course creators.
- Experience building accessible products and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards in authoring tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and guide strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders and presenting strategy and progress to C-level executives.
- A history of leading cross-functional teams and influencing others without direct authority, driving success through collaboration.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery techniques, with a focus on delivering products users love.
- Understanding of AI applications in content creation and authoring.
Nice to haves:
- Experience as an educator or instructional designer, giving you firsthand insight into the needs of our primary user base.
- Background in multimedia or content creation tools.
$150,200 - $225,200 a year
The pay range for this position is $150,200 to $225,200 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
