The ETS Technical Analyst will function as an solutions consultant between business owners, clients, providers, and project team members regarding platform requirements, integrations, and functionality for mission critical SaaS applications for SEI.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to setup integrations, including employee data, Single Sign On, and payment information.
Partner with education providers to enable integrations into the platform.
Work with business owners to gather requirements for the development of the SaaS platform and integrations.
Triage and provide third level support.
Represent the product team by providing information on infrastructure, capabilities, limitations, and systems to other departments within SEI.
Provide and promote internal communication between product team and other functional groups within SEI.
Participate in business process enhancement meetings.
Job Skills:
Strong knowledge in integration technologies, API and file based
Experience reading and writing JSON objects
Working experience of Single Sign On Integrations and configuration.
Working knowledge of technical analysis concepts, tools, and techniques.
Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
Comfortable working with diverse teams.
Comfortable working within the parameters of agile project methodologies.
Experience working with SaaS systems and technologies.
Ability to facilitate communications between stakeholders from all levels of the organization and to objectively identify and resolve conflicts.
Capable and comfortable multi-tasking between concurrent projects.
Preference to those with related educational model/industry.
Experience writing and executing SQL queries
