The Admission Manager oversees the Admission Advisors’ daily work and performance as well as engages in direct sales and student recruitment to meet LanguageBird’s enrollment goals. Additionally, the Admission Manager helps to lead events for prospective and current customers and builds relationships with parents and students, working with other leaders in the school and established contacts to maintain a robust sales cycle. This role supports Admissions team members by providing strategic guidance, resources, and training to enhance their recruitment efforts and ensure exceptional customer engagement. This position requires experience with HubSpot, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to monitor and analyze data and creatively problem-solve.
Job responsibilities include:
- Hire, train, and manage Admission Advisors to deliver high-quality sales results
- Serve as a leader within the organization, leading the vision and strategy for sales across the organization
- Engage with customers and enroll students into LanguageBird programs
- Actively manage B2C records in HubSpot to allow for easy and up-to-date access to information regarding outreach efforts and all professional activity
- Serve as brand ambassador and elevate brand awareness

Other key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, education, or equivalent work experience minimum required
- Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States of America
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours with possible evening and weekend meetings/activities
- Knowledge of and experience with sales process, minimum 3 years
- Management experience, minimum 1 year
- Deep respect for education process

- Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects with multiple deadlines
