Our Senior Digital Marketing Manager will focus on SEO to enhance visibility in Organic Search for our Partner institutions. Leading a team of Analysts, you’ll develop and execute strategies across a range of digital marketing needs, from sitemaps and keyword research to content creation processes and UX improvements. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to support a diverse client portfolio. A solid understanding of Sales Funnels is essential to communicate strategies and performance insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You’ll be instrumental in establishing and refining processes for timely website reporting and providing actionable recommendations. As the Senior Manager, your main responsibility is to grow organic traffic and increase lead volume across a managed portfolio of websites.

As our Senior Manager, Digital Marketing SEO, you will: - Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, providing guidance in executing best in class SEO strategies and fostering professional growth
- Strategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing and SEO strategies to prospect generation and conversion funnel improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the paid media team, creative teams, developers, and content writers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across all platforms
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and data visualization tool (Tableau) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement
- SEO Optimization: In conjunction with your team, conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitive analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implement best practices
- Communication & Reporting: Regularly communicate strategies, results, and optimization recommendations to General Managers and other internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic direction
You have:- 5-7 years SEO and digital marketing growth experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience
- Strong foundational understanding of SEO principles and recent updates in the industry
- Strong research skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Expertise with industry-relevant tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, WordPress, Moz
- Ability to think creatively with a desire to continue learning new skills
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
