About the role
We are hiring for current and future Enterprise Account Executive job openings. As an Enterprise Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by acquiring net new customers and cross-selling to existing clients. We are seeking seasoned professionals with strong field sales experience, particularly excelling in driving sales to Fortune 1000 clients, developing strong and effective relationships: positioning our compelling and exciting story while providing a first-class client experience in a highly consultative manner.
You will use your high energy and strong sales background within Learning & Development, HR technologies or Legal, Ethics & Compliance to design solutions that deliver real business impact. You will work collaboratively with functions across Learning Pool including marketing, pre-sales, bid management, and product management.
As a member of the Learning Pool sales team, this role represents significant potential for the right candidate to help the company deliver ambitious growth targets over the next 3 to 5 years.

Location: Flexible within the USA in the following timezones: Eastern, Central, or Mountain. Applicants must reside in the United States. We are unable to accept H1B Visa applicants at this time.
What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Use your initiative in prospecting activities and work with the marketing team and sales development representatives to ensure you have enough pipeline to meet assigned key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build out an existing audience of prospects, key influencers, and thought leaders through learning and compliance industry events and social networks.
- Commit to continuous learning to stay informed about industry trends, emerging needs, and customer stories, providing valuable insights to prospects and clients.
- Lead sales opportunities from initial identification and qualification all the way to successful closure and program kickoff, with a successful handoff to our Implementation and Customer Teams
- Conduct virtual and live presentations of our learning technology solutions that are tailored to the prospects’ requirements. Fully understand and evangelize Learning Pool’s products and propositions to prospects, aligning solution value to key client requirements in all proposals.
- Ensure your Accounts and Opportunities in Learning Pool’s Salesforce are kept up to date and current on a daily basis.
- Meet and exceed quarterly / annual sales targets in line with the company’s growth plan.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven track record: You will have a multi-year track record of exceeding quota with a focus on acquiring net new customers and expanding existing accounts within the enterprise SaaS solutions space.
- Service orientation: You will have proven success in managing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
- Critical thinking: You will have the ability to understand and translate complex client needs and drivers into winning solutions.
- Communications: You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in persuasive writing and building relationships at all organizational levels
- Organizational skills: You will have strong organizational skills and an attention to detail in active opportunity management, leveraging and collaborating with the expert teams around you.
- Presentation skills: You will have the ability to present complex information concisely and clearly to audiences ranging from C-Suite executives, senior management teams to administrators and end users.
- Negotiation: You will have exceptional negotiation and closing skills, getting the customers agreement to purchase from Learning Pool, maintaining our value, and managing the complexities of the negotiation and paper process.
- Adaptability: You will have experience of working in a dynamic environment where you have been comfortable with change. You have a positive and agile mindset, asking "What can we do to make this happen?" rather than "I don't know how this would work?"
- Delivering with others: You will have a positive, professional and open-minded attitude towards colleagues, clients and ways of working
Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have the following experience:
- MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales Methodologies
- Demonstrable comprehension of how modern learning, compliance requirements, and the need for upskilling the modern workforce, respond to business needs.

Working Environment:
This job operates in a professional home office environment. It is expected the employee has a separate dedicated working space within their home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and productivity tools such as computers, phones, email, instant messaging, Google collaborative tools, and project management platforms.
