We are looking for a Small Business Account Executive to join our team. You aren’t the typical salesperson, and we aren’t the typical SaaS company. At Figma, we think outside the box, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday, and we expect you to do the same.

Figma has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. You will report directly to our SMB Sales Manager.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs (SF / NY) or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Focus on new customer acquisition
- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce
- Work to develop and circulate best practices in a collaborative environment
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 1-2+ years of applicable SaaS sales experience in an outbound function
- Demonstrated ability to source pipeline
- Experience selling technical products
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically in diverse situations
- Proven track record of success and high performance
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and sales navigator
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
- Experience in a sales methodology, ideally Command of the Message and MEDDIC
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
- Experience selling collaboration tools
