About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Global Director/VP of Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Strategy to lead our efforts in optimizing revenue processes and driving sales and marketing excellence across our global markets. This strategic role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and profitability by enhancing operational efficiencies, sales enablement, and overall revenue strategy.
Location: Flexible within the US or UK. Candidates must have eligibility to work without the requirement of visa sponsorship by Learning Pool.

What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement scalable processes and systems across the revenue cycle and customer journey to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of of revenue operations and enablement professionals.
- Manage pipeline metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights, ensuring optimal revenue performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee the administration of our CRM and other sales tools, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of the revenue organization.
- Lead the creation and delivery of a comprehensive sales enablement program that equips our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.
- Develop training modules and collateral based on sales needs and market trends, facilitating ongoing education and development.
- Work closely with product and growth marketing teams to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and evolve the company’s revenue strategy.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity and organizational alignment.
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven track record: You will have extensive experience at a senior level in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company, leading the strategic direction of the function.
- Leadership capability: You will have experience of leading revenue operations and enablement teams to success, providing direction, goals and mentoring to achieve strategic business objectives. This will include leading managers.
- Technical expertise: You will be expertly proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), automation tools (e.g.,HubSpot), data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and performance metrics.
- Analytical capability: You will be extremely comfortable with technology and data, providing actionable insights based on complex data from a variety of sources to drive the success of the business .
- Communications: You will have exceptional communication skills - verbal, in writing, presentations and in person - with the ability to articulate clearly and confidently
- Problem solving: You will have the ability to logically and creatively solve problems at pace, focusing on the integration goals and timelines.
- Delivering with others: You will have experience of dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders, working cross functionally to deliver on strategic goals and priorities.
- Organisational skills: You will have excellent time management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise, plan and execute on multiple tasks, taking accountability for delivering on promises.
- Adaptability: You will have experience of working in a dynamic environment where you have been comfortable with change. You have a positive and agile mindset, asking "What can we do to make this happen?" rather than "I don't know how this would work?"

Working Environment:
This job operates in a professional home office environment. It is expected the employee has a separate dedicated working space within their home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and productivity tools such as computers, phones, email, instant messaging, Google collaborative tools, and project management platforms.
