Blackbaud is looking for a Team Lead to establish a centralized Cloud IAM and Directory Services function as part of the broader Cybersecurity IAM organization.
The candidate will be responsible for executing the Company's cloud IAM strategy, focusing on Active Directory, Entra/ID and related technologies. They will collaborate with federated identity teams and will serve as the Directory Service subject mattter expert (SME).As part of their role, they will build out a small global team to operate centralized functions, continually assess the Company's implementation and identify opportunities to enhance/mature existing deployments.
This is a critical role within the Cyber organization and will regularly interface company leadership and technical teams.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a team of analysts, engineers and system administrators helping to move the overall program towards success, measure team performance and create staff development opportunities.
Serve as the SME for Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, ADFS
This is a technical role and requires hands on experience to operate the platforms.
Represent the team in meetings with other teams and departments to drive projects towards completion.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure communication, partnership and understanding of the risks.
Partnering with software vendors to ensure system availability and incident/outage response
Prioritize work with internal organizations and service providers
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years experience in building and scaling a directory services function
5+ years experience in identity with on-prem and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure)
5+ years management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of modern identity and access management concepts and best practices
Demonstrated knowledge of Privileged Access Security and Identity Platform solutions
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a business understandable manner

The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
