COMPENSATION: $73K-$90K annually
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Product Marketing Manager focused on Sales Enablement is responsible for developing and managing content and collateral to support the company's product marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring version control, managing updates, and content production to support sales enablement and go-to-market strategies. The specialist will also conduct market and competitor research to help inform product positioning and contribute to other cross-functional marketing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or related fields and is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, and product development are key.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Development & Collateral Management
- Creation and maintenance of product marketing materials, including sales presentations, case studies, and customer-facing content.
- Manage collateral versioning and ensure all resources are up to date and reflect current messaging and offerings.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop visually compelling and on-brand materials.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Support online market research to track trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights to help inform product messaging and positioning.
- Campaign Support
- Assist the Sr. Product Marketing Manager with the execution of go-to-market plans for new products or services.
- Help track and analyze performance metrics of product marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that materials support their needs and align with product & service strategies.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on content development or product marketing.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights on competitor and market trends.
- Experience with PowerPoint or other content development tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Travel
All Meteor new hires are expected to attend an in-person cultural orientation which requires travel to our home office in Gainesville, FL. Employees may also be required to travel and attend annual company meetings and events. All business-related travel expenses will be paid for by Meteor per our company travel and expense policy.
