The Role:
We are seeking a high-performing individual with a robust background in financial analysis and strong critical thinking skills to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining data across financial tools and workbooks. Your role will involve performing detailed financial analysis, preparing reports in a standardized format, and ensuring timely delivery according to the FP&A close calendar. You will focus on providing insights into customer revenue and associated BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) costs. This position requires analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, and offering insights to support business decision-making. While based in India, this role involves collaborating with locations across both India and the United States.
The Responsibilities:
Revenue Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth revenue analysis across all the product portfolio and business segments to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed weekly revenue reports for senior leadership.
- Analyze revenue variances by comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain revenue models to project future business performance.
- Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on revenue. Evaluate product profitability and assess the financial implications of pricing adjustments.
- Create financial models to simulate various scenarios affecting revenue. Provide management with data-driven insights to help them make informed strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue generation efforts
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets with a focus on revenue.
- Support the development of financial forecasts and long-range plans.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, emphasizing revenue.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning
Data Management:
- Aggregate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple sources.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to revenue and cost synergies.
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data consistency.

The Desired Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the BPO sector, with a focus on revenue and cost synergy analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Analyze the impact of pricing strategies on revenue. Evaluate product profitability and assess the financial implications of pricing adjustments.
- Create financial models to simulate various scenarios affecting revenue. Provide management with data-driven insights to help them make informed strategic decisions.
