Who we are seeking:
A seasoned Revenue Operations Manager, to lead and oversee the administration, integration, and utilization of various software tools, systems, and internal processes involved in the sales and marketing functions. This role will be reporting directly to the VP of Business Development and Revenue Operations who is responsible for all revenue driving functions for organic growth, cross-sell and upsell.
This role is crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness across these teams along with marketing as well as maximizing revenue growth for Navigate 360 and our customers. A strong team player well-skilled in their area of expertise that can collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement data-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals. A proactive leader, who prides themselves in identifying and implementing operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve customer experience A person who prides themselves in quality by simplifying the processes and supporting tech stack, perfecting the data, and providing laser-like focus to revenue leaders on where they should spend their time.
Who you are:
- You’re a Revenue Ops ninja, with 4+ years of direct experience in revenue operations
or a related role, sales operations is preferred, with some marketing operations or
business operations in the mix.
- You’re a Salesforce Master, with expert level knowledge of all of SFDC backend
functionality. From flows to API integrations, you’re at home coming up with creative and
scalable solutions to SFDC automation.
- You’re customer-obsessed, with experience in sales, marketing, or customer success,
and a strong understanding of the processes and tools used in these functions.
- You are as organized, with a meticulous approach to project documentation, project management, and task prioritization with a proven track record of managing and
delivering projects on time.
- You seek improving marketing and sales execution, with high proficiency in HubSpot, Salesloft,, Adobe sign Zapier, and similar platforms.
- You work with a sense of urgency, not sacrificing getting things done slowly at risk of perfection. Workarounds are your specialty when timing is of essence.
- You’re great at the “what”, and even better at the “so what”, with a strong ability to
analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Direct experience with
data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, is a plus.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
- You’re a dot-connecter, full of creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and
optimize processes, combined with the strategic mindset needed to o align operational
activities with business goals.
- You have a few notches on your certification belt, with SFDC, Hubspot, LeanData, or
similar Admin certifications
To be most successful, you should possess traits including:
- Demonstrated success in analyzing go-to-market data across disparate systems to identify strategic areas for operational improvement, ultimately increasing new revenue and reducing customer churn. Translate those insights into project plans with actionable recommendations, present it to Revenue Leadership, and secure their buy-in to execute your vision.
- Strong ownership of various elements of the RevOps tech stack (for example, RevOps
Support Tickets, Salesforce, Adobesign, Salesloft, ) by executing
development, administration, and day-to-day fixes for the systems.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing tech stack, including campaign creation, campaign member assignment, conversion automation, deduplication, and UTM and top-of-funnel reporting.
- Emphasis on compliancy and quality, ensuring that all internal systems and processes are compliant with N360’s data security and legal regulations.
- Possess the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across the company, manage project expectations, and continuous updates.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on revenue for the leadership team and reporting of any drivers or key area of focus for improvements
- Participate in continuous change management, and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders. New processes and plans are only as good as the team’s adoption of them.
- Support the CRO and CMO by create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Support the configuration and adoption of all new and existing SFDC features across the organization, and ensure data accuracy across the SFDC environment. Support Deal Approvals as part of the deal desk function.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+years related experience with a focus in sales operations and/or data analytics while working with finance, marketing, sales and product management
- Previous experience in financial analysis and modeling required
- Previous experience with Salesforce required; including system maintenance, dashboard and reporting creation/maintenance with ability to train new hires and continuing ongoing training
- Strong sense of ownership over work and aim to improve how things are done
- Knowledge of Public Safety industry a plus
- Strong presentation and content-development skills
- Understand complex systems, and how to use and manipulate data and CRM tools to reflect the needs of the system.
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Excel, Data Modeling and data visualization tools required

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
