As a Director of Growth at moozoom, reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the marketing and product growth teams to develop and execute strategies driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will work cross-functionally to optimize marketing initiatives and acquisition funnels, oversee product growth experiments, and review performance data to boost revenue performance.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth, emphasizing the critical role of iterative development and rapid testing cycles.
- Foster a culture of collaboration within and across teams to enhance the iterative process, ensuring that marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams work seamlessly to refine and optimize growth strategies.
- Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM.
- Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.
- Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey and continuously deliver value.
- Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance growth.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, ensuring learnings and insights are shared and understood across teams to enhance collaborative efforts.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in growth or revenue performance roles.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.
- Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
