Huron | GG+A is an international resource for data-driven best practices in all areas of advancement, including fundraising, constituent engagement, strategic communications, philanthropic analytics, and advancement services. We provide counsel to a global constituency of nonprofits, specifically in the areas of higher education, academic medicine/healthcare, independent schools, arts and culture, select humanitarian institutions, and a range of charities and nonprofit organizations.
Managers play a vibrant role at Huron | GG+A, which is integral to delivering excellent service to clients. A Manager’s invaluable knowledge of fundraising and philanthropically-dependent organizations is essential to the projects they manage and the teams they lead. Managers build long-standing partnerships with clients, while collaborating with and supporting colleagues to solve clients’ and consulting teams’ most important challenges. They plan, shape, and devise solutions that deliver results and seamlessly align with client goals, visions, and missions. Remarkably versatile, our Managers also spend significant time mentoring junior staff on the Consulting Resources team, tirelessly sharing expertise as well as feedback and encouragement. The Consulting Manager, Global Philanthropy-Independent Schools will contribute to the GG+A Independent Schools practice area by developing strategies, products and capabilities, marketing and sales plans, and delivery methodologies that enhance the ability to initiate, sustain, and steward the philanthropic missions of our clients. This individual will be responsible for managing project workplans, financials, and client deliverables. They will act as a mentor and supervisor to more junior team members and also play an important role in managing the client relationship and expectations.

Qualifications
Required:
- US Work Authorization
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant managerial experience
- Minimum of 5 years of advancement experience with exposure to major campaign planning
- Experience in an independent school advancement program; personal affiliation with an independent school and/or experience at a liberal arts college a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Exceptional project management skillsets, particularly establishing /executing project workflows
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel 1-2 days per week, as needed

- Understanding of fundraising best practices and the independent schools sector
The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000- $165,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800- $194,700. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
