Lucid is seeking a collaborative, curious, creative, and measurement-obsessed marketing professional to own and elevate our marketing-led webinars and virtual events throughout the buyer's journey. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our webinar strategy, transforming it into a best-in-class thought leadership and demand-generation program. Your efforts will shape the attendee experience for webinars targeting prospects, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Ownership:
- Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy, including key objectives (pipeline-focused), content themes, messaging, and goals across the customer journey.
- Content Strategy:
- Engage target personas with actionable and valuable content that positions us as the go-to resource for our ideal customers.
- Project Management:
- Manage the webinar process from start to finish—scheduling topics and speakers, overseeing technical setup, and collaborating with stakeholders on creative, content, and promotion strategies.
- Follow-Up Strategy:
- Execute pre- and post-webinar strategies to maximize impact. Innovate ways to repurpose webinar content for broader use.
- Analytics:
- Establish benchmarks, measure program effectiveness, and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. Report results to stakeholders.
- Speaking & Moderation:
- Act as a webinar moderator or speaker as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in demand generation marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of driving engagement and meeting pipeline targets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in webinar platforms like Zoom Webinars.
- Ability to deliver personalized, high-value experiences through cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing webinars and virtual programs, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to translate vision into action.
- Expertise in editorial content creation aligned with product insights, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Highly organized, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to own projects and see them through to completion.
