About this role

You'll be an integral part of Udemy’s Monetization team, managing a critical function of the Marketing organization. In this role, you’ll help develop promotions strategy while owning the promotions workflow, leading initiatives and experimentation across our global portfolio of courses. The work you complete will have a direct contribution to Udemy’s monetization strategy and Consumer business performance.

What you'll be doing

What you’ll have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and data analytics
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL or analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau & Mode
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
