CSA Education is seeking a proactive and resourceful Administrative Support professional for a part-time contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs. As a shared resource across several of our dynamic departments, this is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of multiple teams, contributing to their efficiency and success. You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative needs, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

CSA is an entirely remote company with offices based in downtown Chicago. Applicants can be anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and conference calls across different departments
Establish and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Develop and maintain templates for various documents, presentations, and reports
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
Provide general administrative support to various team members as required
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in an administrative support role preferred
Exceptional prioritization and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and departmental needs
Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant technology required
Experience and proficiency with Airtable or other cloud-based database platforms strongly preferred
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms strongly preferred
Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
Proactive approach with a willingness to ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy and understanding
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Solution-oriented mindset
High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Additional Details:

This is a part-time contract position with the opportunity to move to a full-time staff position based on performance and company needs.
Starting salary: $20–$25/hr for up to 30 hours per week
Flexible schedule within regular business hours
Must have own computer with Microsoft Office and a reliable internet connection
