Job Description - Hybrid

Overview:

Carousel of Languages is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education (ECE) EdTech Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative educational technology solutions tailored for young learners. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, developers, and stakeholders to enhance learning experiences and drive engagement through cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ECE EdTech projects, ensuring alignment with our educational goals and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, software engineers, and educational specialists, to design effective EdTech solutions.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project alignment.

Needs Assessment and Research:

Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current ECE practices and explore technology solutions that address those needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in early childhood education and EdTech.

User Experience and Testing:

Oversee user experience design to ensure that technology solutions are user-friendly and accessible for educators and young learners alike.
Coordinate pilot testing of new tools, gathering user feedback to refine and enhance products.

Training and Support:

Develop training materials and resources for educators and staff to effectively integrate EdTech tools into their classrooms.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Establish metrics for project success and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Prepare detailed reports on project outcomes and make recommendations for future initiatives based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in project management, particularly in the EdTech or education sector.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences for young children.
